Default make gloss color satin

I LOVE satin black on cars, and think it would be awesome on my jk..

My jk is black.. does anyone know of a way to make a gloss color satin without a strip / repaint? can it be sanded and re clear coated with satin clearcoat?

You can vinyl wrap it. Check this thread

I was thinkin the same thing. I'd love to do this. It would save your paint and could be removed.

It would be easy to do this if you could paint. All you would have to do is use 800-1000 grit wet sanding paper on the entire body, take all the handles, lights ect... Off the jeep and spray with a satin finish clear. Make sure you know what your doing as far as prep work and it will turn out good. If you have never painted a vehicle before do not attempt it there is alot of work that has to be done to do this.
