Default Manual to Auto

If you were looking to fix a 6 speed manual tranny but came across a low mileage auto would you do the conversion? It would be a lot of work but is it necessarily complicated?

I'd fix the manual, I love mine! Hopefully someone will chime in with what's involved in a conversion. I don't know how much money you'd actually save doing that though.

The money you would spend to do the conversion would not be worth it. You'd need a wire harness computer would need to be programmed. Plus a shifter, flex plate.

I'd fix the manual. That's just me though, I don't do automatics except at work.
