hey everyone, i was wondering what the window tint % is from factory on the rear doors and hard top of a 2011 rubi. and if anyone know what the tint % is on the new trektop soft top NX. thanks for all the help

 

I mighta read on another post they are 20% not sure though so don't take my word for it.

 

The closest match to a factory tint is 20%. I added 35% to the front of my girl's rig and it is slightly lighter than the rear. From inside, the front looks darker than the back. One drawback of dyed windows vs tint films.

And as for the trektop... most soft tops are a little darker than 20%. I swear my soft top is like 15%. You're better off asking Bestop via email to get an accurate response.

 

Not the best pic, I know. But this is 35% on the front 2, which is the legal limit here in NC. Like the others have said, the factory hard top is around 20%.

is llumar a brand or type of mylar? I have a 2011 and want to know the same as the OP

 

Llumar is a brand their atc line would match the best or Suntek carbon looks close

I second this. I have a hardtop and tinted my front doors with 15% llumar. It's a perfect match
