How Are The Maxxis Bighorns Has Any One Run These Before Would Like Some Input ....and I Like The Size And The Price.

a guy in my club runs them on his grand wagoneer.

so far he likes them. they are decent on rocks and mud.. they look good too

haven't tried the bighorns, but I have the Buckshot Mudders and love them, can't beet them for the price. I think I may try the bighorns next. But I feel very confident in Maxxis, my tires have held up nicely.

remember that 17" rim tires usualy cost more then 16"s, and aslo anything above the 33" inch size start to jump a lot in prices too. my 285/70/17's were like around 170 ish plus mounting and balancing...

I'm running the Bighorns in 305/70/17's and I like them so far. Haven't had a chance to try them offroad yet though. They're not too loud for a mud tire and ride decent for a mud tire. And like you said, the price is right.

I can't offer any opinion on how they work on a JK ..however I really like them on my ZJ.

They ride better and are quieter than MTR's. Offroad they're very sticky and the sidewall seems pretty tough. I paid 120 per 33x12.50x15's
