Default MB 72 Wheels Installation Kit

If anyone can answer this question for me as I am about to order 35's and the 15" wheels listed above. I was wondering if the wheel installation kit is required with these wheels or is it truly not necessary?

Thanks,
Alex

What is it, exactly?
I have never heard of it. I have MB72s on mine (16" running 33s) and can warn you about one thing. Make sure you buy the spline lug nuts (I prefer black). The regular lug nuts, or chubbies, require too large of a socket to fit into the lug nut wells in the MB72 wheels, If you (or they) are not careful, they will scratch these wells up with a standard lug wrench. They do have a thin-wall socket they can use, but then it's real close and they have to be careful. They scarred one of mine up pretty bad before realizing it.
Of course, now, they're all scratched up anyway from playing in the woods, so it doesn't really matter. It just hurts when they're brand new and you just forked out all that cash for 'em!
I wasn't told about any additional kit when I bought mine though (a year ago).

I'm thinking he is refering to lugs as the installation kit.

I got the kit when I got my wheels and like jcopel said, its just the size of the lug nuts that need to be right. I figured it would be easier to just get it instead of having to buy a set and finding out if they work or not. The kit also has wheel locks(lugs that need the key socket) so I was pleased about that.

Also... I only had enough lug nuts for four wheels. Nothing in the package for a spare. Had to drive around town looking for two more. Also used an old locking nut on the spare.

To be honest I was asking because I did not know what the kit consisted of and was trying to find out. But it looks like it is new lug nuts and a thin wall socket. I will buy it just because. Thanks for the help.
