Metal Cloak new Overland tube fender question
I was looking into getting some of the new Metal Cloak Overland tube fenders.. The rears seem to match better for a full width rear bumper and I was just wondering if anyone is running them?? If so, what are you thoughts? Ease of install?? Looks compared to all the others? Thanks for your info....
I considered them but went PSC. I don't like the ball joint knuckle look on them. They claim to be the strongest out there, can't really see anything to dispute that. I went basically off of aesthetic preference.
I would love a set of Overland fenders. I'm saving up for them now. But if your primary concern is strength (bashing off of rocks) then you should get their original flares instead of the Overland flares.

Quality and materials are top notch. Installation is relative, but I felt they were very straight forward and no surprises. I don't have the overlands, but from what I understand, they are much easier than the highlines.
Can't go wrong with em. Not having to deal with the exo skins will be a lot easier, though as mentioned. Between the two, If you're looking for a fender you don't have to worry about laying the Jeep over on, the highlines are the way to go. I love em. Sounds like that's not an issue and the overlands are way stout. Will and Matt are great guys and always available for questions. Only downside was Northridge not being a dealer and no free shipping.
