Metal Cloak new Overland tube fender question
I just got mine, love 'em. Had someone do the install, I don't like the nutserts. Had a Smittybilt front bumper and switch to PSC brawler lite. Like the stubby look better.Very solid flares.
Can't go wrong with em. Not having to deal with the exo skins will be a lot easier, though as mentioned. Between the two, If you're looking for a fender you don't have to worry about laying the Jeep over on, the highlines are the way to go. I love em. Sounds like that's not an issue and the overlands are way stout. Will and Matt are great guys and always available for questions. Only downside was Northridge not being a dealer and no free shipping.
When I was looking for rock sliders I was interested in the MC sliders. So I called my local 4x4 shop like one has to do for MC. I asked about them, they took my number and said they would call back. Never heard back (plus the person was fairly rude and acted like I was a huge inconvenience), so I went with LoD through Krawl Off-Road.
I was tempted to fully "Cloak" my JK from suspension up, but my local vendor experience convinced me otherwise.
Don't mean to hijack the thread, but do you know why MC won't let some of the larger vendors sell their product? For the price, I would much prefer to buy from someone that I know has great customer service and will take care of any issues.

Here is my 2013 JKUR with Metalcloak 3.5 game hanger lift with 6 pak shocks. We are a Metalcloak distributor as well as a full service automotive repair and paint shop in Louisiana. We recently slicked out a full set of overland fenders and painted them two-tone. Install was as expected. Took a full day to install all fenders, bumpers, and rear tire carrier. Minor trimming required. Fit on fenders was great. I'd gladly sell you any Metalcloak parts you'd like at a good price. Email me direct if interested at doug@completecollision.com.

My good friend runs them on his 06 LJ and I think they look great on the TJ and LJ. I'm not as much of a fan of the JKU looks. They did require some trimming of metal on the rear wheel well when we installed them, but I think that is only for TJ models. I haven't changed my stock flares, but I consider his to be quality made.
