Expect closer to 3.5" of measured height from those 2.5" coils, wouldn't really call it a 'slight' lift.
I'm thinking I would go with Metal Cloaks rock sport shocks-j

Insanely good lift. I have the 3.5" and it has lasted forever. And the dual rate is way more than hype. When I have stuff done to the front end, mechanics always remark how far down the tire will go (up on shop lift)... almost gather around just to see it.

Put the 2.5” Touring with duel coil sprigs and MC’s Rocksport shocks on last week. Stunned at how much lift , over 3”s and the ride is actually superior in both comfort and handling, now. This was on a 2012 4 door , half doors with soft top, (which rolled over 12,000 miles as of yesterday). What helped make this come together was removing original KM 1’s from 2007 (with only 15,000 miles on them as of last week), for 285/75R17, Cooper Discover AT3 XLTs. A recent redesign. Everything tracks perfect down the road. Thank you thank you thank you, Metalcloak (and Cooper).

Default Metalcloak

Went with the Metalcloak 2.5” True Dual Rate - Rocksport . . . I could not be happier!! Paired it with 33” x 12.5” Nitto Ridge Grapplers . . . The ride is better (more precise without being to tight or stiff) than stock.

I just installed my 3.5" MC lift with rocksport shocks and so far am really happy with it. I just made a 3 hour trip in my jeep and couldnt ask for anything better as far as ride quality goes. I can't wait to see how it does in the woods.

Well, here's one for you...
I did all 8 MC control arms before I ever swapped factory springs/shocks... this alone was a noticeable, increase in ride quality.
Once I went with 3.5" springs and long travel OME shocks (along with adjustable trackbars (raised axle end) aftermarket drag link and tie rod) I was literally in disbelief with how much nicer the rig drove/handled. This was with same tires/wheels vehicle weight (full armor/winch).
Works very well off road, I gave up driving fast on service roads/washes long ago, but I still roll right along... very happy... in the rocks it's very stable, and the flex is all that has been hyped/reviewed all over the internets.

Just installed a 2.5" DR lift on my 2dr Sahara. At the time i also added tier 3 core 4x4 LCA up front and will be adding rear UCA to help with rear pinion angle.

As of right now my skid plates are off (removed to get to exhaust spacers..) and I have a stock rear bumper. I also don't have my spare mounted yet. I can say I gained quite a few inches running milestar patagonia 315/70/17 (just under 34" mounted on jeep). My front bumper - steel stubby + winch gained just over 5" of ground clearance, front fender is at 6" higher than pre-lift. So after my alignment tomorrow; I'll be in a market for some driveshafts.

I have maybe 125-150 miles on it; and it rides very nicely (the 3.21 gears are surprisingly not that bad; I think the milestars being barely 34" help). The ride is very nice; even compared to the Sahara which tends to ride a bit nicer than a sport - in my experience.

Some helpful tips: PB Blast your exhaust bolts for a few days prior to install; we busted 3 of my 4. you may want to invest in a rear dif breather tube; mine is very well stretched near full droop.
