I had posted them a couple times on here previously. I had no issue with the D30 or the caster corrected prorock44. So I'm not sure why I'm special. I can take more pics if need be.

That's okay. I'll see if I can find them. Thanks.

My MC control arms are scratched and no rust either. I don't think I have heard an issue with the coating yet.

I'm thinking about the 2.5" GC with OME for my Rubicon.

I have rubbing issues with my D44 front. Can't run my sector shaft brace because the springs rub against it. My friend has no issues with his D30 front.

Here are some pictures i took last year. http://imgur.com/a/2Otw8

The lower arms are as short as they go and the uppers are set to give me 3.5 degrees of caster.

One thing i noticed, is when i installed my friends MC lift on his JKU, the arms where shorter than mine. That might have something to do with it, perhaps my batch of arms are just a bit too long or they refined their lengths over time.

That's more in line with other pictures that I've seen. Thanks!

Man - that sucks. I wonder if moving the perches is an option? Looks like springs already interfere with C's though.

I ran it all last summer and didn't have any issues resulting from the rubbing. But I'm not using the sector shaft brace anymore. I figure that i'll run with the MC arms for this year and switch out to long arms this winter.

At one point I found this information in this thread but am to lazy to reread the whole thing again, so I will just ask. What is mc springs to actual lift height to advertised lift height. I currently have 35 in tires stock fenders with 4 in terraflex long arms and fox long travel shocks. What I would like to do is move to a true 3 inch with 37s and flat fenders. Eventually get the six pack shock to maximize suspension travel. The shocks now will limit up travel at a lower ride height.

My current springs sit me at a little over 5 inches. Would I be best with a 2.5 and spacer or just get the 3.5. Input greatly appreciated.

The 6 packs are going to be a waste if you're keeping the stock flares. Are you currently running a drag link flip? The coils are going to net you slightly more than what they are listed as depending on weight. Your current shocks are more than likely longer extended than a 14" travel 6 pack.
