Which is why I don't get why people avoid doing it. Factory does it. Won't hurt value and no one will ever know.

Started mid 2013. I have an early 2013 and it wasn't done. Late ones had them.

I don't man, just not sure I'm comfortable cutting the body.

If you cut that seem, you have to make sure you seal it well. That's where your tires kick up water, mud, snow and road salt. That makes me a little hesitant.

Yup...my 14 is factory trimmed. My wife's 12 is not.
