Default Mirror relocation brackets

Has anyone used these?

http://www.quadratec.com/products/13125_102.htm

I had a set for my YJ but when I put them on, the mirrors were blocked by my soft top windows. Useless...

How is the visibility on the JK? Any drawbacks?

How do they hold up from rust?

Better or worse when using to backup?

I will chime in simply because I've researched the crap out of them on here. From what I've heard, they make the passenger mirror only about half visible, but the driver mirror is OK. I plan to get them, however I'm only going to mount the driver side as most states only require one outside mirror, if any. It will look a little odd with one mirror on the body and one on the door, but I'd rather look odd and be able to see.

I got the RR brackets, and I mounted the driver and took my door off, and left the passenger mirror on the door and left it on for the girl...
