Default mismatched control arm length?

I had a shop adjust my rear drive shaft angle. Today I was down making sure everything was tight and noticed my upper rear control arms (lowers are stock) are about 3/8s inch different in length. I was thinking I would move each 3/16 to make them the same length - short one longer, longer one shorter.

Is there any reason to just leave it alone? And, if I do this adjustment should my DS angle remain the same? Lastly, is there any damage that could have occurred - worn bushings or some such thing?

You should have it done again, cos you don't know which one, if either, is right. 3/8th" is quite a lot to be off. you won' have damaged anything if it wasn't vibrating.
