Modified 2dr Rear Stretch
bubba, you got the right idea. call tf and ask them regarding the shank lengths. i went through this or deal recently and the cost to do all this because i cant weld verses the little performance benefit wasn't worth it.
the teraflex rear upper control arms from their flex kit has about 3 1/2" of shank before it runs out.
teraflex rear lower control arms have about 5" of shank before they run out.
i'd buy the rear upper long arms and run their flex arms for the rear lowers.
youre absolutely right, though.
you'll need to lengthen the rear drive shaft
you'll need to cut off the rear trackbar frame side bracket
remove and re weld new coil perches
remove bump stops
remove rear sway bar
and you will have to re weld on the upper coil mounts as they will need to be relocated.
for me........... the benefits to doing this stretch was just not cost efficient for the minimal gain.
this is pics from when i pushed the axle back a few inches. big issues

Minus having coast extend my DS again
I'm currently sitting at 99 inches. I'm thinking of welding on a set of brackets 8 inches back
Throw my current short arms on
Weld my rear Trackbar bracket that I have from Rock krawler
Just order the rear Evo bolt in coil over
I already have my rear uppers relocated back I cut and welded them in awhile ago
Then after getting that in fig out bumpstop location for my uppers
I could be wrong,, but I thought the stock WB on a 2 dooor was 95". If you stretch the rear 2", you have 97". I stretched my 12' 2 dr and got it to 100 1/4",, but I did it by pushing my front axel forward 3" and pushing the rear back 2 1/4". I shaved off all my stock suspension and went with coil overs, and I think that is a lot easier than trying to move the upper spring perch backwards ( its really wedged in between the frame rail and the cross member). In reference to the pics above of the rear curved coils,,, I would not feel safe driving around like that,, It seems a little mickey mouse. I'm not sure if you could cut the lower spring perch off the axel and move it forward to alleviate some of that curvature in the spring. Good luck! I love a stretched 2 DR!!!

As for my current rear spring angle I have JKS adjuster lower brackets but at the limit that comfy with I do have a set of plus 3 over weld on lower perches but I'm just going to go with a Evo rear coil over instead

Your going to love it!! I didn't do the Evo kit just because I wanted to stretch the rear,,, I didn't even think about modifying their system for the 2" stretch. You gotta love the approach angle with the front moved forward.
