We put here the HL5 in 30 minutes. Very simple installation.

Edit. The lock has been returned. The parts guy is making phone calls to try to find out why this does not work. While I have not been on I95 to check for hood wiggle from truck encounters, I do not see how the lock would stop this. It does not snug the hood center down any tighter, you can release the side latches and the hood can be lifted. Not as much as without the "lock" but still can be lifted.

Ok got mine first one in Canada to get one. here is what i did i taped the holes then got the right bolts and installed
installed the front side bolts first then the top bolts next

the bolts actually intersect and when the do the bend and distort the threads. and it is near impossible to get the bolts out.

some minor trimming 1/8 of inch of the grills top plastic is required.
beats looking for that rivet gun
u can use short bolts but it is what i had in a bin also i used 2 different head sizes 1/2' on top with a 3/8 on top same for the front. this will make it harder to attempt to take it off.
