Default MOPAR Sun Bonnet

OK i've search with no clear answer!

Can you attach the MOPAR Sun bonnet for HARD TOPS to door surrounds or does it just wrap around the bar?
What is the difference between the softtop and hardtop versions?
Header? backets? ability to attach to the door surrounds???
I want to get the door surrounds to seal it but want to make sure i have the right header hardware!I do not have a softtop but will buy the door surrounds if needed!
What do I need?
Thanks

I am pretty sure the soft top version uses the door surrounds, and the hard top version uses velcro and straps around the roll bars.

Soup--If you don't have a softtop, you will need to buy the door surrounds and the Mopar Sunbonnet that is for the softtop owners. The header channel is built into the Mopar Sunbonnet (see pictures). If you were to buy the hardtop version, then you don't need the door surrounds, but you get a rather large gap above each door. That's what I ran--worked great except obviously rain can enter. During a light drizzle, not really a problem. But, a heavy downpour will have the rain pooling on top of the Jeep coming down through that opening, especially when you make turns. Been there, done that, got the weird looks from everyone to prove it.
