Ya, I've seen his bumper and it does not say alot for mopar. With a bumper this new you should not have that type of problem and what makes it worse is mopar is not standing behind there product. If no one else is having this problem, then that should be enough proof that you got a bad one, and they should replace it. Also having the dealer installing it should of made it easier for mopar to replace it. Glad you posted the problems you are having with this bumper and mopar, it may help others to stay clear of this product and the headache that you’re having.

The dealership he is going to should be avoided. It has nothing to do with the product at this point.

Ok well let me clear the air right now! First of all do not stay clear of DON A VEE, they are not the problem and they are also a sponsor here on PROJECT-JK. It was a defect like I thought in the begining, and I just got off the phone with Eric. The final result is a new bumper minus the rust ring, also a new tire carrier to replace the defective one. All in all I'd have to say DON A VEE you rock
!!! The Chrysler hot line
is the only thing that I would say IMO that was a let down. I'm glad to see that none of you that posted up are having this issue...... and more power to those of you running a 37 on that set up.
now off to work for me and the dealership in a couple days to get the deal sealed!

It sounds to me like it was installation error. Don't forget about the other two bolts there that aren't shown in the pic. They have an effect on the swing arm also. I think if you go back and adjust them all together you can get the arm right. You will need to remove the tire, then tighten your bolts, then the arm should actually lift up and look like it's sitting too high, but when you add the weight of the tire back on, it should settle to where it's supposed to be. I went through some adjustments when I installed mine, but it's been trouble free ever since. I'm runnning a 35", and with my beadlock wheel, it's a heavy setup. Good luck.
