Default Mopar winch plate install on Hard Rock

All,

In the instructions it says it's only necessary to cut back the factory vacuum pump bracket to fit the winch plate. I've done that but the actual plate is too long to fit between the frames? I have a 2015 Hard Rock, is this something recent? Has anyone had to completely remove vacuum pump bracket? Thanks!

Im not sure about that. I used the Maximus 3 winch plate with a smittbilt X20 10K winch and didn't have to do anything with the vacuum pump at all. The guys at Maximus-3 answered all my questions before I ordered and everything went on exactly as they said it would. If its not to late return that plate and go with the maximus products.
