I got the front bumper first. My 35 is on my stock tire carrier now and its fine. A buddy ran his 35 on his stock carrier, to include Moab for over a year and didnt have a problem. With the front bumper you get protection from those moments when you are going to hit a rock no matter which way you go. The winch is awesome, although I still havent used mine Hadnt needed to yet My thoughts are to go with the front bumper first. With 35s you dont need to have a rear tire carrier right away, is it important? yes. Let me put it this way, in a worst case situation, you can drive home with a bent tailgate or missing spare tire carrier, you can't drive home with a crushed radiator.

I couldn't do without a winch. Only had to use mine once...that time alone, it paid for itself! The grief and $ it saved me is priceless. Rear carrier, hmmm, that's nice too.
I'd go for the front and winch.

Or, just do what I did and save until you can get both at the same time. Not only will you not to worry about what order to buy in, but you can get a better price for them combined rather than two separate payments (possibly enough or the winch).

Edit: should have said that if only one, then I'd do the rear (especially since you already have 35"s.

1. Rugged Ridge Front Stubby Bumper w/ Hoop and Winch - Looks good and gets you unstuck

2. Or-Fab Rear Tire Carrier w/ Rotopax - Looks good and prevents the tailgate from sagging

Thanks
I actually have both these setups front & rear. I got the front first because I wasn't ready to jump to 35s right away after getting my JK. The rotopax are cool, but I rarely need the extra fuel. The water & storage/toolbox packs do come in handy though!
