Well if ride quality really matters then what I did to my jeep transformed it into a whole new ride.
I kept the stock suspension from 2008 to sept. 2013. And is my daily driver so I'm very familiar with the way it reacts around town,on highway, long trips with lots of climbs and turns. And it sucked it felt like I was fighting it all the time didn't really felt safe going over 70 mph.
So I started with the fox ATS. Steering stabilizer which eliminated the need of having to correct vehicle tracking every second in highway speeds.
Then I went with stock mod rock krawler 2.5 and king shocks 2.5 remote res. with the adjust knobs. Immediately after that the ride quality around town went to a luxury ride quality level very close to an X5 feel, on back roads the feeling is great no more body roll or nose diving!, it rides like is on rails 45-60 mph are no problem (the 12.50 wide tires and -12mm offset plays a part too) highway driving is amazing too I find myself doing 75-85mph all the time that's like warp speed for a jeep and no death wobble no tire vibration, no steering wheel vibrations if that's not reasons enough. Maybe the fact that rock krawler and king shocks off road capabilities are amazing then.... Don't know what to tell you lol.
The down side is the cost but well worth the investment. the up side I love every time I drive my Jeep I have multiple vehicles to chose from at home 2014 lexus, 2012 X5, 07 chevy 2500, 05 Chevy 3500 but always find myself behind the wheel of my Jeep.
