Default Mounting Beadlocks........Need Help

I bought some ATX slabs and I'm mounting them on some 38" MTR/K's. I got the tires over the wheels with no problems. I got a bottle of soapy water and a dead blow hammer to set the inner bead around the wheel. I set the tire on a bucket and went to town. Im able to get the bead around 75% of the wheel and that's it. Does anybody have any tricks or just good advise that can help me out? I'm about ready to give up and just pay a shop to do it. Here are some pics to better describe what I'm dealing with.

The first pic shows the side that is on good.
The second pic shows where it starts to come off.
The third pic shows the part of the tire that I can't get on the lip of the wheel.

When I have done my aev bead locks. I used a dead blow hammer to get the outermost bead around the rim. Basically hit the bead with a dead blow in the area you are having problems with. Start right after it does not fit and work your way around.

I also did not worry about seating the inner bead, I just let the air pressure do that part.

My mistake, I meant the outer bead. Im using the dead blow hammer just like you do. When I start hitting the bead on thethe rim, the other side start popping off. I put my foot on it, had my neoghbor hold it down, nothing is working.

I'm guessing a couple spanners would help in this situation and a some feet to hold the tire on the bead

Sucks, mine had enough of a lip to keep the bead down.

How about some bolts with washers to hold down the bead where it's in place. Then manipulate the bead down over the rest of the rim. Just thinking out loud.

Hmm.....that could possibly work. I'll give that a try.
Has anyone tried heating the rubber up? I was thinking of putting a large kerosine heater in the garage for a few hours to try and make the rubber more flexable.

I use a flat blade screw driver to kind of walk the tire down in the groove.
