Default Mounting tires cost

Thinking about purchasing tires online, what can I expect the average cost to mount and balance 285/70/17's at a local shop? By the way, Im looking at about $1105.00 for a set of 4 Duratracs, price includes shipping.

I recently had 285s mounted, discount tire mount n balance 120, 160 for lifetime balane with mount. Local tire shop wanted 100. Walmart wanted 56 lifetime balance n rotate with mount

Average price around here is $12-19 bucks a tire for mount/balance, plus a couple bucks for TPMS and disposal fee plus tax.

How far upstate are you? I'm over in Westchester and have a guy who'll mount and roadforce balance for life for $100. He did a set of 33's and two sets of 35's for me.

Hey CCTEX, Im from Beeville, I'm sure you know where that is at.

Hi BKW, Im just a little north of Albany. Im sure I can find someone here in the area. I think I saw someone local mention the "roadforce" balance...anything special about that type of balance? or just something nothing other than a balance?

$80 - $90 including lifetime rotation and balance at Discount Tire in NC.
