Default Mouting Warn 9.5XP on LOD Mid Width - Help

I installed my mid-width last night. When I tried to install my winch to the winch plate, I discovered that the 2 of the 4 mounting bolts are different sizes.

Am I crazy? I know one side fit 9/16 bolts but the other two sides (near the solenoid/control box) don't fit any standard bolt. Is this a metric mounting bolt? If so, which ones do I need?

Any help?

I'm looking at the warn website and I found the install manual for the 9.5xp.

It says you should be using qty 4 of 3/8-16 hardware. The mounting pattern is a rectangle that is 4.5" x 10"...

I have a warn winch with the same mounting arrangement and it fit just fine on my LoD bumper...

Did you buy it used or new? Hopefully it's not used and the previous owner didn't bust a bolt then redrill to some weird size?

Crap. I bought the car used and it came with the winch. It was put on by the stealership of the previous owner. I'll check it out after the Tata run tomorrow.

Would you winch on only 2 bolts?
