I just took off my 35 KM2s and put on 40 MT/Rs. I really like the KM2s for the rocks(haven't wheeled MT/Rs yet). I find that I like my Goodyears on the road better than my KM2s so far even though though they are larger tires. They seem a bit less noisy. I think I will miss my KM2s but I was going bigger and the price difference was huge between the Goodyears and KM2s. Just my two cents.

Default Owned both types

Both are great tires, I have ran both brands. I currently have the MTR/K's now, absolutely no complaints on or offroad, but I had no complaints with the KM2's.
Bottom Line: I think it will come down to which tire is available or which one has the least amount of wait time to acquire

I have the MTRs and absolutly love them, they hook up like crazy offroad and i have never had a problem on road. My friend runs the KM2s and he said they are loud as a bitch on the road and were a little squirrely on wet pavement. Guess it comes dowm to preference.

How are your KM2s in the snow? I am torn between the KM2 and going with the Duratrac right now because of its supposed better winter weather manners.

Last I heard, even Discount Tire was on backorder until further notice. They are supposed to get more KM2s in by May 1st.

Not exactly sure where he ordered, but a friend ordered his 37" MTR's last week and was told it will be two months before delivery...
