Mtr/k psi. New guy.
Hello all I been lurking around learning from everyone for awhile now. Thanks to all on the forum. I have a 2012 jku I got in September. I am putting on 285/70r17 MTR/Ks on Tuesday not that I don't have faith in my tire guy but was curious what some of u suggest or what u are personally running with those tires as far as psi. Those are load D by the way.
Oh and yes I have 4.5 bs rims already so not worried about rubbing. No lift yet but I have a feeling that's coming along with other things just can't stop adding to it. I'm sure there is a physiologist out there figuring out a new condition In which u buy a new vehicle that u love then obsessively add more stuff to even though u don't need it and love the vehicle in the first place. Maybe it will be called ADOJS. Attention Deficit O Jeep Suff!!!

usually for 285s 28psi is perfect. Ride is smooth and even wear. Just be cautious and always rotate every oil change. Those tires are known for un even wear. But with the right rotations you should be good
I was going to go with those tires because they look awesome!!! But every place I go to for tires and everyone that has had them has given me nothing but bad reviews on them. But hopefully it works out for you, then maybe on my next set I can purchase them!!!

I'm getting them from a local guy who is giving lifting rotation and balance so no excuse on not rotating. As far as I know from looking stuff up the most important thing u can do with any MT tire is rotate them. Pretty much all mts and even aggressive AT tires can get cupped or wear unevenly if not rotated. I have a friend who got over 60,000 miles from his toyo MTs he said his key was rotations period and I belive him I have known him for over 10 years and has always been a good friend
