Default Here it is...just got it home...

Love the way it looks now. Now it looks like a Jeep

It wants to wander just a little bit though and there is a little bit of bump steer...any ideas? I'm thinking a new stabilizer should take cae of it.

Anyway here are the pics......

Default Tire wear

Howdy,

Just got my Rubi after waiting for 4 months. Now for mods (if wife isn't looking).

Was thinking of these mud grappler tires. How are they on the road? Figure I'll be 75% on road. I've heard they wear really fast, is this true? Is there lots of road noise? How many miles do you guys figure you get out of the?

tnx

I don't have any info of anything on the mud grappler. I have a question though, I have 17's with the terra's and they weren't aggresive enough for me so about 1000miles I decided I wanted and needed something totally different. I went to a 15in wheel because tires where cheaper and 35's where they same price as my 33 terra's. When I did this I found out that the mud grapplers dont come in 15in. Anyone know if they ever will? They seem like a good tire but I heard they are really loud on the highway.

Depends on what you consider loud. There is definitely a nice hum present with these tires but I and many others on here really like it. If you are really worried about noise I suggest trying to find someone that has them so that you can hear them before taking the plunge. As you already know, they look awesome.

Your new set up looks great! I love the look of the tires. Let us know if you're able to get the issues worked out on the steering. I'd love to put these on my rig at some point. Thanks. HBC

Default Mud Grapplers

Finally got some photos of my Rubicon. Let the fun begin!

Now if I can get the steering right. It is doing a lot of wandering and traction control light came on once. They aligned everything, but still having issues. I have a 4" long-arm Skyjacker kit. Caster angle at +2.7 and +3.1 I think spec is +4.2 dealer is getting me the +1.5 cam bolts to get it in spec. Any ideas?

Don't know how long. Only 3200 miles on them so far. Running at 26psi to keep them flat on the road.

Love 'em.
