Default Muffler advice

Replaced my stock exhaust on 2012 JKU with MBRP exhaust last year Not a big fan of the sound it makes. Sounds to much like a tuner I would like to replace with exhaust that has a deeper sound. Any recommendations of a brand that will sound powerful but not so noisy?

I cut my factory exhaust right at driver door on JKU, got a series 40 flowmaster knock off, clamped it on, couldn't b happier. Cheap and sounds good

I would suggest Flowmaster. I've used a few different exhaust on JKs and other vehicles. Used a Dynomax on a Challenger SRT8, and didn't think it sounded all that great. Used a Dynomax on a GMC Canyon pickup with a 5.3 V8, and thought it was ok, but didn't like the drone on the highway. Used a Gibson exhaust on a TJ, and hated it. But I've used Flowmaster on a few vehicles as well, and have always loved the sound they make. My current Jeep has a 6.4 with flowmasters on it, and it is the best sounding vehicle I've ever owned. Your Jeep wont sound like a 6.4 if you use a Flowmaster, but I'll bet it sounds better than it would with pretty much any other brand.

Dynomax Evolution Catback. Loud when you get on it but really quiet when you're on the highway. Here is a vid I took cruising at 55. Nice deep rumble.

I have the Gibson Axel Back Exhaust for my 2012. I like the way it sounds. Nice deep rumble at start up and idle. Nice little sound to it when going down the road. Here is a clip of what one sounds like.
