Default Muffler before axle ehaust for 2012+

Hi guys,

Looking for an exhaust that would relocate muffler before the rear axle for my 2013 JKUR (to be able to use the rear space occupied by the muffler for something else). What I found so far is the following:

MACHForce XP Hi-Tuck RB Cat-Back SS-409 Exhaust System
Afe Part 49-46218 - MACHForce XP Hi-Tuck RB Cat-Back SS-409 Exhaust System

Magnaflow Off-Road Pro Series Cat-Back System
MagnaFlow Exhaust Part 17120 - Off-Road Pro Series Cat-Back System

MPRP Stainles steel cat-back MBRS5514409
MBRP Part S5514409 - Cat-Back Exhaust System

Does anybody have any experience/comment on those (or any other for that matter)? I would want to avoid any nasty surprises like droning, too loud exhaust, increase in consumption, etc....

Thanks in advance,

It's not a "system", but a flow master super 10 can replace your stock resonator and sound badass on the pentastar. Only a $60 muffler and weld or clamp a 90 deg bend and you're done

I did a DIY exhaust with a dynomax muffler that comes with their complete system. It cost $70 and I inserted it before the axle with a turndown

I have the MagnaFlow offroad on my 2013 JKUR. I love it. It installed properly with no issues and sounds awesome. I would totally get it again.

Do you think you could post up some vid to hear how does it sounds? Isnt it too noisy in the cab?

Btw thanks everybody for your DIY solutions. Normally i would be thinking something along these lines, but since my rig is still brand new, id like to go with factory parts, if for nothing, than at least for the factory like look...

I don't currently have any vids. I will try but can't promise anything. I can tell you that yes it is louder in the cab now, but you have to expect that. The muffler is significantly smaller and is now dumping right under the rear passenger seat. So yes it is loud, but I feel like if your buying an exhaust like this you kind of expect it to be. The best thing I can compare it too is a Nissan 350Z with exhaust. It sounds awesome especially at full throttle!

If you want to go the DIY route ( I know you mentioned no, but just in case) the P/N for the muffler is 17263.
