Default My 2014 Billet silver Rubicon build thread

I have finally gotten to the point where I can begin the build up of my Jeep. I have been stockpiling all of my parts over the last year. I had planned on doing this to my 2012 Sahara unlimited but I just traded it in for my new 2014 Rubicon unlimited yesterday! I figured instead of beefing up the front axel and D30 of the Sahara ,as well as adding lockers, I'd just trade it in for the Rubicon. My payments basically stayed the same anyhow.
The best part is when I pulled in the driveway yesterday afternoon with my new Rubicon, the UPS truck was right behind me delivering my new 37" Nitto Trail Grapllers!

Here's my parts list for the instal so far:

AEV 4.5 SC lift
AEV Argent Pintler wheels
AFE y-pipe and loop delete
Air raid CAI intake
Yukon 4.88 ring and pinion
Nitto Trail Grapplers 37x12.5x17
Superchips Flashpaq
Mygig lockpick for the uconnect 430
Gobi stealth roof rack
Teraflex HD hinged tire carrier
Hella Black magic rally 1000 fogs

Soon to come:

Front and rear aluminum bumpers (rugged ridge?)
Skids
No vacation

As for beefing up the axle I had the same thoughts you did when I bought my rubicon, but after a lot of research I have found that the C's on the axles as well as the tubes are the same as a D30, just our R&P are bigger. I would do some C-Guessets at a minimum with 37's to prevent bending your axles C's.

Alexjeepvb:
thanks, I'm pretty happy with my choice. I like having the factory lockers and swaybar disconnects now. I'm going to get this thing built next weekend and don't plan to wheel too hard in the next coming months. So, I should be fine with the stock C's and axel tubes for now. I will eventually instal the axel truss system that Northridge4x4 offers someday though.
