Hey, I was thinking of doing the same thing, Soft 8 wheels with dick cepek FC-ii tires in 285/75/16, on my JK Unltd, with 2 sets of 3/4" spacers.... what size tires are you going with?

I am going with the 305/70R16's (33x12.5R16). I am also putting in a Skyjacker 2.5" lift with nitro shocks.

Yeah, I wish I could find some 33" plastic power wheels.

Ok but seriously, that look good. I like black wheels on JK's. Don't forget to post pics when the wheels, tires, and 2.5 skyjacker lift.

thanks -- I should have the lift next week and the wheels and tires not long after. I will definitely post pics when the job is complete.

Those wheels will be nice . I plan on getting some too, when i figure out wheel size and tire selection. I am waiting on bl and diff covers to show at door, then a winch and bumper next.

Default Partially installed...

Just a comparison to the old ones:


Spare Tire Mounted:


These are much wider and heavier than the stock tires. So much wider that my Thule bike rack is no longer able to be mounted.

I just have to order an extension for it and all will be good.

Installing the lift and the rest of the wheels tomorrow. Will post more pictures.
