Default Is my sahara RAKE backwards?!

I just measured my Sahara JK and from the ground to the top of the wheel-well = 37" Front, 36" rear. i know there is a rake, but i thought the front was supposed to be lower than the rear like a pickup truck.

also, i want to lift about 2", but the kits that level out the jeep have thicker spacers in the front than rear. man i hope i was mistaken and the jk isnt messed up. help

Measuring to the wheel wells is not a good indicator of rake. By looking at your pic I can see the forward rake, but the front wheel well opening is taller than the rear one. Measure from frame to ground at the front and rear

What he said. I used the rock rail to get a rough measure.

Ok, that is strange. When I measured my Rubi, it was 1" lower in the front, so I put 3/4" spacers in and it's about level now, that is until my winch goes in.

Default Me too!

I have a 3" lift and my front end is about 1" higher in the front? I dont know if it started out that way or not? As of now I figure a winch in the front will balance it out somewhat. But until then???
