quick question probably been covered.

I run stock 32in bf mt tires on 17in rims. After these tires wear I want to go with a 35.

I don't plan on doing anything to crazy but would like a 2.5-3in lift. I also would like new bumpers.

Would a coil kit- say the rancho 3in trail kit suffice, and come with everything needed? Then down the road add shocks? I don't want to get into drive shafts or anything to major.

Flat fenders will be coming as well. Looking at the smitty built flats.

I would suggest you read the write up again. I laid out what the suspension components are and what they do. If you understand what is written you would be able to answer your question.

You will need shocks with this system too. It depends on what year JK you have in regards to exhaust. You CAN push the driveshafts for a while, it depends on how much you flex it out.
Good luck!

Yep you will want to address the exhaust up front.
There are a lot of options for it:
Drive shaft
Cross overpipe
spacers.
