Default My wheel/tires weight what???

Has anyone actually weighed their wheel/tire combo? I got 77lbs with Mopar steelies and Goodyear Silent Armors!

what size tire are you running, i know the stock rubi rims and tires are about 60 lbs each. the steelies are def heavy i wonder how much my 35" km2s and 15" soft 8s weigh

Well the mopar steels are 17x8 and the tire size is 255/75/17.

I looked online and tire rack lists the the stock X tires at 38lbs. and I think the stock X rims are 18lbs. so my setup is like 22lbs. more per wheel/tire.

I wonder what toll that takes on the steering/suspension?

definitely more stress on the axles just like any other wheel/tire upgrade, parts wear faster, etc.

the stock 09' sahara 18" wheels with stock tires weigh 70.0 pounds apiece. my dick cepek torque wheels 17x8.5 and dick cepek FC-II 285/70/17 tires weigh 80.5 pounds apiece.

Same as pjk. Stock sahara wheel w/tire is 70 lbs. Which makes me wonder why my owners manual says the stock spare mount max is 50 lbs????

My Firestone MT 35 tire on 17 procomp wheel is 88 lbs.

The worst offender I owned was a 38x14.50 Super Swamper SX on an aluminum beadlock weighing in at a cool 138# each. That's 690# worth of tires and wheels....
