Default mystery noises

So, I have a noise that I can't quite figure out. When I take off from a stop I get a few clunks, it seems to come from the drivers side but its always two clunks and only on take off after a stop. On a side note, my lift was installed prior to me purchasing the jeep, whoever did the instal should be hung, shot, and burned! I found the coils in the front both not seated properly, the drivers side being the worst with the end of the spring hanging off the side of the perch. The shocks were installed without the spacers and so the mounts have bent in from the bolts being tightened and the bushings are all torn up from that, I suspect that my noise may be from the lack of bushings and the inevitable movement.

replaced my bushings with energy suspension poly bushings and tightened up the from end a little as well as eliminated a little noise. But this noise is still there... I'm starting to think its the LSD in my rear diff... :( that's not cool!

With the vehicle parked, without the emergency brake engaged, grab the top of the tires and rock the vehicle forward and back to see if you can replicate the sound.

Also, push against the side of the body to rock the jeep side-to-side to see if you can replicate it.

If you can replicate the sound, then have someone do it while you crawl around under the jeep to find the location/source.

def not the doors, I don't even run with them on most of the time and it still happens with them off. I have had it up on the rack a few times looking for this and haven't been able to find anything, ball joints, bearings, tie rods, track bars, control as all check out good. My breaks have an annoying squeezing to them which I can take care of with some spray on the sliders and shims but I have tracked this down to the rear if the jeep now and I can hear it from either the driver or pass side (teaching my daughter to drive stick!) It's not there consistently and only on take off under power which is why I'm starting to lean towards the rear LSD or even the spider gears... I showed up after my last trip on the trails where I gave it a pretty good workout...

it's definitely in the rear end, only on take off and only under power,if I am I. a hill and just let it roll to start, no noise. If I hit the gas I get a little clunk clunk and that's it, but it's pretty consistent and happens at almost every stop

Check control arm bushings, make sure the axle isn't wrapping when you accelerate and brake.
