Was installing my aev corners last night when i noticed i had an electrical plug that wasnt plugged into anything. Also, couldnt figure out where it might go??

That was my initial thought as well. Then i watched some YouTube vids on the trailer wiring harness and thought that they plug inline to the tail light plug itself? Granted, the video i was watching was of a 2012. Not sure if their wiring is different?

 

This is how i thought the trailer wiring harness plugs inline with the taillight wiring. So, im still not sure what the longer two prong plug is for. Is that the trailer wiring for the 2010 jk? Weird that it is only a two prong as well..

 

The large one plugs into the tail light, the smaller one is for the license plate light. The larger one should have been blugged into the back of the tail light as the factory and aftermarket trailer harnesses plug in-line.

 

Awe... hahaha. I just did the license plate delete a few weeks ago and totally spaced out that i poked it back through the hole. Ha. Awesome
