I want to get new 17 inch wheel that have 4 1/2 inch backspacing, and get 33 inch tires. Will I need to get spacers?

nope. 4.5" is a good back spacing for what you will be running or any 12.50 wide tire for that matter

with 4.5" of back spacing, you will not have any rubbing in the rear and IF you have any rubbing up front, it will be on the sway bar links when disconnected and only at a full flex. the fix for this is to remove your links completely (as opposed to just disconnecting them at the axle and tying them up) and you should be good to go.
