Default Need a front driveshaft

Grease is leaking out of cv boot on transfer case end of ds. Going to order a new one just wondering which one to go with and if you change flange one axel end do you need to be concerned about pionon pre load. And is it ok to just replace front? Back one is fine for now. 08 2dr x 2 ome hd coils

Replacing just one DS is fine.

There are several great brands J.E.Reel, Woods, Coast, TF and others. It just depends on on your preference for price ~$300-$600 and reputation.

I assume you have an automatic. I replaced mine after the first serious wheeling trip. I bought a Tom Wood shaft and had no issues in installing it. Haven't replaced rear shaft and have no problems yet. Hav a 2 dr with TF 3 inch lift. Very common problem. The stock shaft hits the transmission case when flexed and tears the boot.
