Default need help!!!!

my passenger side sway bar link snapped and I'm now going to buy quick disconnects to replace the broken sway bar link. but the problem i think i may have is that the bracket that connects the axle and the sway bar link is bent a bit. Any advice helps greatly. thanks. here is a picture of the bent bracket

How the heck did you do that?!??! Did you not change out the brackets when you put on your lift? Regardless I would try taking it to the dealer, if not try to find a local welder.

Yep, you hit a big rock!

As you pointed out, the mount itself is bent to the right. There is rockrash all over the place. You have a lift on it. So don't bother going to the dealer. They won't warranty the damage, (unless you are on very, very friendly terms with them??) and will charge a whole lot more than going to a 4x4 shop/machine shop/welder/wherever.

Since you are getting disconnects, you could probably go ahead and install them on the bent bracket until you get it fixed?

Saw a similar post not too long ago. I'll see if I can find it to see what the result was.
