Default Need Help!!!

My specs are in my sig. I just added a new Coast 1310 rear drive shaft tonight because the factory on took a crap. I thought I was getting a noise from it but when I test drove with the new one installed I still have the noise. Sounds like marbles in a can rolling around. I had the CV joint removed off of my front DS and replaced it a U joint style when that one went so I know it's not the front. It starts at around 35mph and goes up from there. Any Ideas. I hate going to the stealership, but there are no shops around here that I trust not to rip me off. I have had my gears replaced (5:13), my transmission replaced (warrantee), and the through out bearing TSB done.....3 times. Where else should I look? I'm afraid to drive the Jeep much as screw it up. HELP!!!!

I had the front off for about a year when it blew. Once I had the money to get it fixed The drive shaft shop cut off the CV joint and welded in a U joint flange. I was able to wheel again which blew the read DS. The jeep started making the clicking sound of dry bearings. I replaced the DS now it is still freaking clicking!

What degrees of castor are you running? That upper double carden can get chattery with too much castor.

Ahh, your talking about the rear. Is your rear pinion inline with your output flange on the tcase?
The chattering I was speaking of usually comes from a front ds when your castor is too much. Possible from the rear I suppose, but usually vibes are more common with incorrect angle. Do you have adj upper and lower rear arms? If you get a chance, take a pic of your rear pinion and driveshaft.

The rear lowers are adjustable, the front lowers are factory stretched 1".

Ok, just by looking at what you have as far as the rear, 3in springs, 1in spacer =4in of lift in the rear. Generally in the rear ewith that amount of lift you need at least rear adj uppers to set your pinion angle with stock lower arms. If you say your rear lower adj arms with stock uppers are set longer than stock, I'm almost willing to bet your pinion is not inline like it should be in the rear.
