Just Lost All My Hydrolic Fluid To My Clutch... Which Means I Have No Petal..... I Can Start It In Gear And Drive It Fine Minus The Shifting...


I Cant Seem To Locate The Resovar Under The Hood For Our Hydrolic Fluid Ive Found The Brake One.. I Belive Its A Diffrent One Im Looking For (correct??)

Dose Anyone Know Where It Is On The Firewall.....am I Looking In The Wrong Place

Not really sure, but here is a diagram of the clutch components. (1) is the clutch master cylinder.

It uses fliud from the brake reservior probably draws fliud from near the top so not to empty master cylnder.

interesting, I will have to look under the hood tomorrow

Will: How the heck did you lose all your fluid? or did you just lose pressure?

Hate to be the barer of bad news. You have a hydraulic throw out bearing. Likely it has failed and splattered you hydraulic oil all over the clutch plates and ruined them too. Just replacing the oil will not help. Jeep has been using this setup since at least 1989. No need to ask me how I know

None Yet My Friend....this Has Not Been My Month....its Pissing Fluid Evrywhere I Think It Is The Slave Cylinder Not Sure Yet Though Ill Keep U Posted

Dman... I talked to a DC tech who lives near my house and he told me that its most be the Slave Cylinder... he told me he already changed two under warranty

ahh will.....you break alot of stuff! good luck fixing this, let me know what you find. and see if they will cover it with warranty.
