How do you take the plastic front cover off the actual bumper. Got the lower dam taken off, the two bolts and two nuts. I have also taken the lights out... What am I missing???

There should be 4 bolts on each side of the bumper that goes through the frame. Total of eight nuts. You get them off and the bumper should slide right off.

Yeah meant to say four bolts and four nuts. Either way it isn't. Do I need to take the recovery hooks off the top.

Yeah in my rush to hurry to bed I forgot that I'm in Alaska an it's -50 right now. Also I washed my jeep the other day. That being said I forgot it might just happen to be frozen. Couple minutes with a heat gun and wal-la! Bumper mystery solved.
