Hi guys, sorry this may be the wrong spot to post this but technical question RE:driveshafts I have the Unlimited rubi with a toasted rear driveshaft ... question is will a unlimited X driveshaft w/d44 rear fit? I am kinda stuck here
and can't get home unless this works.

the part #s are not the same but the diamensions are..?

Not sure, but I don't think so becauce the X and Sahara have a different t-case

The transfer cases may be different but the output shaft is the same. The rear drive shafts should be the same and interchange with no problems.

Shafts are the same (thank God) they are identical and different part #'s

Thats good that they are the same. This kind of raises a question nor me though.

I wonder if I could use a 4 Door sharft on my 2 door to hold off on getting a longer shaft for a while.....I could just be dreaming for a quick fix
