Red face Need Help!

2007 JK 2Dr.
3" Full Traction Ultimate Lift
18 X 10 Mickey Thompson Classic bead lock 5x5.5 Lug Pattern.
1.3/8 Spider track Adaptors.
35" M/T MTZ's

With the adaptors it leaves me with 3.1/8 Backspace.
Had all the work done by a "Professional" shop.

ESP kicks on every corner & Curve.

Had it back to the shop. They can’t seem to figure it out.
Said they did everything, Laser alignment, steering wheel, etc..

Is it possible the spacers have anything to do with it?

any suggestions?

It might be those 5x5.5 wheels since the JK is has a lug pattern of 5 on 5. Ummm......seriously, some peple running that lift have had problems with ESP at first, It's got a lot to do with it being dialed in correctly. The only common factor that I've seen with people having ESP problems oddly enough seems to be that they are running very high tire pressure. I'm only running 30 psi in the 35's on my Unlimited, I would suggest checking that. My guess is that you are probably running around 40psi. Air down some and it may help.

Very nice rig.

I didn't think MT was making those in the JK pattern yet. Are those really 5x5.5 lug pattern wheels as I'm guessing that you are using spacers to adapt them to fit the JK pattern, huh? Oh, and no, I wouldn't think the spacers had anything to do with it.

BLKRUBI,

Followed your suggestion and lowered the tire pressure.(all way high) Helped a lot, I would say it cut it down about 50%. But Still there. I have a appointment with the dealer, they want to mess with the computer. Do you think this would help? What would be your next step?

Thanks

I'm not sure what else. It's weird, some have a lot of problems with ESP, some don't. Hopefully someone with your lift will chime in and help.
