Default Need help asap with tierod end to pitman arm

My buddy has a 2010 rubicon with rough country 3.5 lift. He replaced the tierod end to pitman arm which is a rc pitman arm but it went bad again so he got a new tierod end and sleeve. The end is a es3624 which is supposed to work but it won't screw into the sleeve so I'm guessing one side is right and other is left handed threads. Shouldn't they both be left handed? Next problem is the end never gets tight in his rc pitman arm. The pitman arm doesn't look wollered out so I don't know. Jeep is tore down in the garage and he needs it back
