I am trying to remember the name of a product I saw on a fellow Jeeper's rig at the last Camp Jeep in Virgina. They are rubber straps used for securing equipment such as flashlights, shovels etc. Not much to go on I know, but I'm sure someone will know what I'm talking about. Thanks in advance for the help.
