Default NEED HELP front axle noise!!

So i have been chasing a gremlin and just cannot figure out what it is. I am running a pro rock 44 with stock rubi locker 5.13s, teraflex big brake kit (not the master cylinder) dynatrac ball joints. So I keep hearing a random rattle/grind. It sounds just like a Tambourine. I have replaced the wheel bearings and re torqued everything. I also removed the dust sheilds. The sound is intermittent and I only hear it on side streets not freeway. Could it be that the front locker isn't wired up yet? Could it just be the brakes collecting dirt?? Any idea will help. I will try and get a video.

Nope. It comes and goes. I cannot specifically recreate it. I though bushings but sometimes it's a quick pop or it will be long a longer rattle almost like it's turning off and on. I have no clue what it is. I can't move anything to the touch. I would think if it's a major part it would be more accuring and steadt

Is your driveshaft lined up? Correctly.
What about your gears were they lined up and shimmed correctly.

Was your install recent? Your gears and carrier could be tight. Causing heat.

Check your diff cover. If its burning hot. Let it loosen up.

Do you have additive in your oil? Is it synthetic?

Tight gears could be the reason due to only going anyway once the heat gets to it. Itl go away after that. Just my 2 cents

As far as I know it's lined up correctly. And the gears were done about 50k miles ago. I got the axle from a friend who never had issues. I am running synthetic oil only because the previous owner had been the whole time. Could it be that I haven't wired the locker up yet? Not sure how that could be an issue but I'm willing to hear anything.
