Question Need Help Picking Bilsteins

I want to get a set of the Bilstein 5100s. Here is my problem.

Bought the 2010 JKU with a mystery lift installed.

I believe it is a "Zone Offroad" lift. I can't tell the height.

It's either a 3" lift or a 4" lift.

Obviously the bilsteins split the difference right around that mark for which set of shocks you should buy. Any suggestions on which I should go with or how I can confirm the lift height? I mean even if I knew what the original lift was supposed to be it could have settled right? So should I just go with the shorter set of bilsteins or no?

Any help is appreciated.

I cant say which to do but couldnt you remove a shock and measure it eye to eye for the extended length and go with that on the Bilsteins?

I suppose I could but this is the one job I was gonna let the shop do.... just because I have read about how much of a mfer the shocks are to remove at the top side. So if I don't have to remove it to find out I would prefer not to. Anyone else?

I went with the 5160s and couldn't be happier that I spent the extra $. Also, did the four installs myself and had no issues.
Pulling one rear as mentioned and measuring would do the trick.

Guess that's the plan then.... sounds like a job for me and some "Name Tag" Lager.... what should I measure? Extended? Compressed? Eye to eye or end to end?
