Need help picking out Lift Kit
Hey Everybody,
2010 Sahara 2dr Charcoal Gray
This subject has been beaten into the ground but i am looking for a 2.5" or 3.0" lift kit that is cheap on the pocket book but something that will hold up to some offroading in Colorado and Moab. I am going to be running 33" BF Mud Terrain KM2's with 15x9 inch rock Crawler rims. this is also my daily commuter i drive about 100 miles a day. Please give me some pointers maybe some picture of your set up with the 2.5 inch lift with 33's and the 3 inch lift with 33's.
Thanks for you help Everybody!!

Do some searching on here there is a lot of info on this subject.
Are you 2dr or 4dr?? That will make a difference too.
The search feature is out friend. I have hours logged on here just searching stuff.
So far the TF 2.5 coil lift has been great to me.

That is because it's the best bang for the buck. And also that's what spacers or the correct backspacing is for. No Rub
x2.
The TF 2.5" BB and coil lifts have a very high owner satisfaction rate and TF produces quality products at competitive prices.
There are lower cost lift kits as well higher cost ones that more sophisticated or include more components if that is what you are looking for.

33's on that much lift on a 2 door might be too much for your taste.
If you still want that much lift, I'd start by looking @ TF & OME.
On the budget end of the spectrum you could run TF leveling kit and call it a day.

I like the OME 2" lift. I used the 4-dr HD springs on our 2-dr with good results. Gave me right at 4" of total lift. The ride is very similar to stock and the install can easily be done in a half-day with a single helper. Looks very good with 33" tires. We went with 16x8 ProComp wheels and 285/75-16 MTZ tires. I'd echo one of the other posters on the use of 15" wheels. There's a lot more selection of tires in the 16-17" sizes.
You said you wanted something that was good for Colorado and Moab. I'm attaching some photos of our 2-dr on the White Rim Trail in Canyonlands National Park near Moab.
