Default need help.....please...

I just hit a nice bump going down the road at 35-40mph a d all of sudden the JK started to wobble. It was like it death wobbled......I stopped as fast as I could jumped and did a quick exam of all the tires,suspension and the front end. I would have crawled under it but it has been dumping rain for 2 days. Any suggest on what's going g on....oh forgot to mention it did this yesterday but not as bad. I have a 4" RC lift and 35s. Never had any issue's until yesterday. Please someone help me.......

I got the wrench out and torqued up all of the bolts/nuts on the track bar, pitman arm, lower control arms, etc..... I hope this helps if not, going to take it to the shop for a new lift, new track bars front and rear, and new pitman arm.

Is the Track Bar and Pitman Arm suppose to have "play" in them. I can move both of them a little front to back, aloost rocking up towards the engine. Thanks for all the help.
