today i ran the wires from my arb compressor from engine compartment to near the steering column down low by pedals, id like to mount my 3 switches near the 2 middle heater vents,or on top of dash above the cd player, i was able to pop off the lower part of the center dash near the shifter by prying it and than i removed the bolts, my questin is does the rest of it just pop right off starting with the part that houses the 12v lighter outlets and emer lights. also how do i get the top part off the dash the peice that is over the cd player does that just snap on/off. i appreciate it im hoping to finish the install tomrow(with help) so that i can use my lockers up in the snow this weekend.

 

the top comes off pretty easy. Just pry up on the windshield side and it will come right off. the center panel pops right off also. it makes it easier if you pull you vents out just turn them clockwise and they come right out.I'm pretty sure the center panel on an 08 will have a couple of bolts on the top,you should be able to see them when you get the top panel off.
