Default Need help telling if my Warn Locking Hub is bad

I have dana 60 up front and today when I went wheeling I was disappointed to find that when I manually locked the hubs and locked up the ARB in the front only the left front tire was spinning. It was a real disappointment cause I needed that right tire to help get over some stuff. Made my day a little shorter than expected. :(

So my questions are as follows..

1) How can I be certain it is the hub? A spotter in front noticed the axle shaft was spinning and tire wasn't. We tried unlocking, backing up and then trying to lock again but got the same result.

2) How hard is this to fix? They are Warn Premium hubs and only about 5 months old.

3) Where can I get a step by step to do it? I am pretty mechanically inclined with probably most anything I would need and willing to get what I don't have tool wise. But I want to know what I am getting into before I start tearing into the axle.

Thanks,
Huck
